It all began with Lucia’s curiosity: why are candles so predictable? She imagined a candle as art – a piece to cherish on your shelf, or to light and let come alive. This duality, beauty and function in one, is what defines Galleria Lucia’s functional art. What began as body-positive sculpture candles has grown into full wax haven:
expressive sculptures, refined classic scented candles, playful wax melts, colorful taper candles, elegant pillar candles, and artistic accessories – all crafted with ethics, originality, and sustainability at their core.
Authentic handmade artistry – crafted in Berlin
To create Lucia's vision, she blends the latest innovation with traditional wax craftsmanship. Every step of the creative process, from the initial idea, detailed design creation, sculpting and mould making, to hand pouring and hand carving, is done in Lucia’s Berlin atelier, by hand, making each item a one-of-a-kind artisanal piece of art. Our sculptural designs are officially registered and protected - true originals you won’t see anywhere else.
Galleria Lucia’s vision has also been recognized internationally: our work was showcased at Maison&Objet Paris, one of the world’s leading design fairs, praised for originality and craftsmanship.

I’m Lucia - founder, designer, maker.
After years in the corporate world - and a lifetime of chasing expectations - I walked away: with two degrees, no safety net, and a vision for something unique.
My Berlin studio became my rebellion - a place where I could create beauty without permission. Every candle begins in my hands. I design it, sculpt it, pour it, and give it life.For me, this is not just craft - it’s a mission to change how we see beauty, art, and ourselves.
