Each candle at Galleria Lucia is handmade to order in our Berlin studio.

Because we create every piece with care, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Times

• Germany: 2–4 business days

• EU: 4–8 business days

• International: 7–14+ business days (varies by destination)

You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

If you need your order urgently, feel free to contact us - we’ll always try our best to accommodate.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all Galleria Lucia candles are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each candle is created specifically for you, making it a unique, custom-made piece of functional art.

However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will happily resolve it.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We’ll take care of it quickly and make sure you’re supported every step of the way.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order is already in production and cannot be modified.
